Shipping Policy
Our delivery coverage covers the entire territory of Hungary. We aim to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and strive to provide the highest level of service.
At the moment, we do not deliver to countries other than Hungary.
Our carriers include several carriers, including local postal services.
Orders are processed after payment is accepted.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
During busy special occasions, including (but not limited to) Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Halloween and Christmas, the ETA may take a few days longer.

We process and deliver the majority of our orders within the deadline specified above. However, the above duration is only approximate and may vary from time to time. Some products/orders may require longer shipping and/or delivery times.
International orders: It may take additional days for orders to clear customs. We have no control over customs clearance and apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays.
SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping on any order.
Processing time: 3-7 days
Delivery time to Hungary: 7-10 days
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number, so you can follow the order even at home! Please wait 5-7 days for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
If you try to track your package and there is no information, it means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure to enter the correct address when paying, as we are not responsible if your order arrives at the wrong address.
If you contact the carrier after it has left our warehouse and request that your package be forwarded or redirected, we will not be responsible if your package is lost, stolen or damaged.
