Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the day you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If it cannot be used due to product quality problems or damaged packaging, we will bear the costs of returning it.
In case of non-quality problems, the buyer must pay the freight. The specific shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the product.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Redeemable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

The fastest way to get the product you need is to return the product you own and purchase the new product separately after the return is accepted.
Refund
Once we have received and examined your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you to the original payment method within 10 working days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
